PTSA is looking for volunteers   1. PTSA is looking for volunteers interested in helping the Media Center with inventory. There are approximately 9,000 books that need to be scanned into the system. It goes fairly quickly and is a pretty easy job using the handheld scanners. https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/8050f44a5a623a20-media 2. AP Test Proctor volunteers AP testing starts on May 3rd and the school is in desperate need of “parent proctor volunteers.” Please view dates & times and sign up to volunteer using the below link. As a parent proctor volunteer during AP testing, parents just need to walk around the room (great way to get in steps!), monitor students during restroom breaks, and help pass out/collect material if needed. There will be a “lead proctor” in the room the entire time reading the script, watching time, etc. The only requirements are that a parent cannot proctor an exam that their child is taking and they cannot proctor an exam if they have taught that subject before in a school. Proctor volunteers are needed for a 2 hour time slot (or more if you are feeling so kind and generous ), check in at the front office as a “visitor” and then make their way to the testing location.   Sign up...
