Dear Johns Creek High School Parents, Teachers, Staff, and Students:

The 2021-2022 school year brings unprecedented challenges, but the PTSA is doing everything
we can to make this the best year possible for our students, teachers, staff, and parents. As
Fulton County Schools’ plan for the year ahead evolves, we are adjusting accordingly. While we
have altered the organizational budget to account for the fact that school will be virtual for the
immediate future, we will still need to meet substantial operating expenses in order to provide
the services we plan to offer for this school year. So far, here’s what we have in store:

• Disposable face masks
• Teacher, counselor, and staff appreciation
• Virtual Parent Universities
• URL support as needed
• Teacher mini grants
• Teacher stipends
• Senior scholarships

If we return to physical classes during the school year, PTSA hopes to have collected sufficient
funds that will give us the option to reinstate some of the additional programs we’ve provided
in the past. We are not collecting for Senior Activities until we have a clear understanding about
the spring semester (physical or virtual).

Our teachers, staff, and students need our support now more than ever. We hope that you will
choose to join our Gladiator Nation – even if we are virtual for the time being.

Go Gladiators!
