Our theme “It Takes Us All” says it all.   Your membership makes our PTSA and our school outstanding. Your donation is appreciated. This is our ONLY fundraiser of the year.

We are excited to offer many exciting incentives for each level.

We also encourage you to volunteer.  There are opportunities for everyone, including students.  Help us make this a fantastic year for our JCHS students, teachers, and staff.

Wellness Wednesday
Last week JCHS PTSA ambassadors and DECA club combined efforts to help students think about their overall wellness as they prepare for the end of the semester, midterms and finals. Students were given information on sleep, study skills, and ways to manage stress. DECA provided corn hole to unwind.
This week Wednesday students can come try coloring and blowing bubbles during lunch to try these two methods of stress reduction to “see what works for you. Coloring complex geometric patterns has been found to be relaxing and to reduce stress. Blowing bubbles can also lead to decreased stress because taking deep breaths and slowing blowing out lowers the bodies stress response.
Next week Wednesday there will be yoga and mindfulness in the Media Center.
