The JCHS PTSA is sponsoring this program to insure that all college profiles will be updated and maintained in the Guidance Office for our students.

We have many upcoming college visits and will be adding new schools weekly so please check back if the dates listed in the SignUp  do not work for your schedule.

So what will you do?…..

1. On your volunteer date, please bring the College Profile Form that I will be emailing you or go to the Guidance Office to pick up the College Profile Form from Ms. Rasmussen.

2. You will meet the college representative and let them know you are a parent volunteer and you will be taking notes during their presentation. This should take approximately 15-30 minutes.

3. Please transfer your notes to the word document (that you will receive in an email from me) and email the completed form to Mr. Mercer at mercerj@fultonschools.org and copy me at Teresa Minaugh at CCC@jchsptsa.com
